Citrus Teriyaki Fish Sticks
Makes 2-4 ServingsIngredients
* | 2 filets haddock |
* | 1 bottle Stonewall Kitchen Citrus Teriyaki Sauce |
* | 1 cup breadcrumbs |
* | 1 tablespoon Stonewall Kitchen Spice Rub for Steak & Barbecue |
* | Vegetable oil, for frying |
Instructions
1 | Cut each filet into desired fish stick size. Place in heavy duty plastic bag. Add Stonewall Kitchen Citrus Teriyaki Sauce and put back in refrigerator. Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. |
2 | Mix breadcrumbs and Stonewall Kitchen Spice Rub for Steak & Barbecue until thoroughly blended. |
3 | Remove fish from refrigerator and roll in breadcrumb mixture. |
4 | Using a fryer or large pan, heat vegetable oil. Carefully drop each fish stick into the oil. Cook until coating is golden brown and fish is cooked through, about 3-5 minutes. |
5 | After frying, place fish sticks on a plate lined with paper towels to soak up any excess oil. |
6 | Serve with your favorite seafood accompaniment, Stonewall Kitchen Tequila Lime Cocktail Sauce or Lemon Dill Cocktail Sauce, or your own homemade tartar sauce. |
