Citrus Teriyaki Fish Sticks
Makes 2-4 Servings
Ingredients
*2 filets haddock
*1 bottle Stonewall Kitchen Citrus Teriyaki Sauce
*1 cup breadcrumbs
*1 tablespoon Stonewall Kitchen Spice Rub for Steak & Barbecue
*Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
1Cut each filet into desired fish stick size. Place in heavy duty plastic bag. Add Stonewall Kitchen Citrus Teriyaki Sauce and put back in refrigerator. Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2Mix breadcrumbs and Stonewall Kitchen Spice Rub for Steak & Barbecue until thoroughly blended.
3Remove fish from refrigerator and roll in breadcrumb mixture.
4Using a fryer or large pan, heat vegetable oil. Carefully drop each fish stick into the oil. Cook until coating is golden brown and fish is cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
5After frying, place fish sticks on a plate lined with paper towels to soak up any excess oil.
6Serve with your favorite seafood accompaniment, Stonewall Kitchen Tequila Lime Cocktail Sauce or Lemon Dill Cocktail Sauce, or your own homemade tartar sauce.
