* | Wedge of blue cheese, such as Gorgonzola or Roquefort |
* | 4 oz. herbed goat cheese |
* | 8 oz. Gruyere cheese |
* | 1 bunch green or red grapes |
* | Sliced apples, pears and/or figs |
* | Baguette slices |
* | Assorted crackers |
1 | Arrange cheeses and fruit on a large serving platter. Serve baguette slices and crackers in a separate basket. Supply cheese knives and spreaders. |
