Soft-Boiled Eggs
Makes 4 Servings
*4 large eggs
*Salt and pepper, to taste
1Use a spoon to slip each egg into a pan of boiling water.
2Reduce to a simmer and cook eggs 4-5 minutes, depending on your taste.
3Cut off the tops of the eggs and serve immediately. Season with salt and pepper.
