Ham Steak with Dijon Mustard & Brown Sugar Glaze
Makes 6 Servings
Ingredients
*1 1/2 lb. precooked ham steak
*2 tbls. Dijon mustard
*1 tbls. brown sugar
*1/2 tsp. white wine Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1Place ham steak in non-stick skillet. Cook over medium-high heat for 2 minutes on both sides.
2In small bowl, mix together mustard, brown sugar and white wine Worcestershire sauce.
3Brush mixture over ham steak; turn, and brush other side. Cook until heated through.
