Slow-Cooked Pork Tenderloin
Makes 6 Servings
*1 1/2 - 2 pounds pork tenderloin
*Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
*2 russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
*1 envelope onion recipe soup & dip mix
*10 3/4-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
*2 tablespoons steak sauce, such as A.1
*2 cups water (additional if needed)
1Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker or Crock-Pot(R). Add potatoes. Sprinkle contents of onion soup mix over top.
2Spoon mushroom soup over pork and potatoes. Add steak sauce and water and stir to combine.
3Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours, stirring occasionally, until done.
