Cornbread
Makes 6-8 Servings
Ingredients
*240g cornmeal
*2 cups all purpose flour
*1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
*17g baking powder
*4g baking soda
*1 teaspoon salt
*4 eggs
*600g creme fraiche or sour cream
*9 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
1Combine all dry ingredients.
2Slowly add all liquid ingredients until well mixed.
3Bake in a 9" square pan at 350F degrees or until the top springs back and is nice and dry.
