
Grand Marnier
Cranberry Relish
Makes 6-8 ServingsIngredients
* | 1 bag fresh cranberries |
* | 2 to 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier liqueur |
* | 1 cup granulated sugar (add more if desired) |
* | 1 large orange, washed, unpeeled and cut into chunks |
* | 1/8 teaspoon coriander |
* | 1/8 teaspoon cardamom |
* | 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon |
* | 1/8 teaspoon mace |
* | 1/8 teaspoon allspice |
Instructions
1 | Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until desired consistency. Refrigerate. |
2 | Best if made a few days ahead of serving, so that flavors will blend. |
