Grand Marnier
Cranberry Relish
Makes 6-8 Servings
*1 bag fresh cranberries
*2 to 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier liqueur
*1 cup granulated sugar (add more if desired)
*1 large orange, washed, unpeeled and cut into chunks
*1/8 teaspoon coriander
*1/8 teaspoon cardamom
*1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
*1/8 teaspoon mace
*1/8 teaspoon allspice
1Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until desired consistency. Refrigerate.
2Best if made a few days ahead of serving, so that flavors will blend.
