Turkey Cashew Casserole
Makes 8 Servings
*2 cups Shady Brook Farms or Honeysuckle White cooked turkey, diced
*2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) cream of mushroom soup
*1/4 cup water or whole milk
*8-ounce can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
*1 cup celery, chopped
*1/4 cup green onions, chopped
*1 1/2 cups chow mein noodles
*1/2 cup cashews, broken
1Preheat oven to 325F degrees.
2Combine turkey, soup, water or milk, water chestnuts, celery and green onions and put half of mixture into a 9"x9" casserole dish. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Top with the rest of the turkey mixture and sprinkle cashews over the top.
3Bake 30 minutes.
