* | 1 cup heavy cream |
* | Irish whiskey |
* | strong, hot coffee |
* | sugar, sugar cubes (optional) |
* | Green Creme de Menthe liqueur |
1 | In a medium bowl, whip cream until thickened and creamy. Refrigerate. |
2 | For each Irish coffee, combine 1 1/4 oz. whiskey and hot coffee in mug or glass. Add sugar to taste and stir to dissolve. |
3 | Gently top with whipped cream. |
4 | Drizzle small amount of Creme de Menthe on top. |
