Irish Coffee
Ingredients
| * | 1 cup heavy cream |
| * | Irish whiskey |
| * | strong, hot coffee |
| * | sugar, sugar cubes (optional) |
| * | Green Creme de Menthe liqueur |
Instructions
| 1 | In a medium bowl, whip cream until thickened and creamy. Refrigerate. |
| 2 | For each Irish coffee, combine 1 1/4 oz. whiskey and hot coffee in mug or glass. Add sugar to taste and stir to dissolve. |
| 3 | Gently top with whipped cream. |
| 4 | Drizzle small amount of Creme de Menthe on top. |
