Barbecue Potatoes
Makes 4 ServingsIngredients
* | 1 1/3 pounds (4 medium) red potatoes, cut in bite-size pieces |
* | 1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil |
* | 2 tablespoons barbecue seasoning blend |
* | 1 large onion, cut into thin wedges |
Instructions
1 | Preheat grill to medium-high. |
2 | Combine potatoes and oil in a large bowl. Add barbecue seasoning; stir to coat. |
3 | Center onion on a sheet (18"x24" or 12"x30") of Reynolds Wrap Release Non-Stick Foil with the non-stick (dull) side toward food. Arrange potatoes evenly over onion. |
4 | Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal, making one large foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. |
5 | Grill 10 to 15 minutes in covered grill. Use oven mitts to carefully turn packet over halfway through cooking time. Stir before serving. |
Notes
REYNOLDS KITCHENS TIP: Foil packets make great grilled meals, too. Combine chicken or fish, vegetables and seasonings or sauces to make individual meals in packets. They cook in less than 20 minutes. Each one can be customized to suit individual tastes.Source
