Spicy Tex-Mex Pizza
Makes 6 Servings
*1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust or Italian bread shell
*2 packages (6 ounces each) Sargento Deli Style Sliced Provolone Cheese, divided
*1 cup roasted red pepper or roasted garlic pasta sauce
*2 teaspoons Mexican seasoning or 1 teaspoon chili powder
*1 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
*1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
1Preheat oven to 450F degrees.
2Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Arrange one package of cheese slices over crust.
3Combine pasta sauce and Mexican seasoning; spread over cheese.
4Top with corn and black beans.
5Arrange remaining package of cheese over top of pizza.
6Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  • Sargento Deli Style Sliced Monterey Jack Cheese may be substituted for the Sargento Deli Style Sliced Provolone.
