Sesame Turkey
with Sugar Snap Peas
Makes 4 Servings
*1 tablespoon vegetable oil
*1 pound Shady Brook Farms or Honeysuckle White Turkey Tenderloins, cut into bite-sized pieces
*1 tablespoon ginger root, finely grated
*1 teaspoon salt
*1 pound sugar snap peas
*1 teaspoon sesame oil
*1 tablespoon black sesame seeds (available inthe Asian food section of most grocery stores.)
1Heat wok or large skillet over high heat. Add vegetable oil, turkey, ginger root and salt, stirring constantly until turkey is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
2Add peas, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Continue cooking for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
3Serve with cooked rice.
