
Sesame Turkey
with Sugar Snap Peas
Makes 4 ServingsIngredients
* | 1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
* | 1 pound Shady Brook Farms or Honeysuckle White Turkey Tenderloins, cut into bite-sized pieces |
* | 1 tablespoon ginger root, finely grated |
* | 1 teaspoon salt |
* | 1 pound sugar snap peas |
* | 1 teaspoon sesame oil |
* | 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds (available inthe Asian food section of most grocery stores.) |
Instructions
1 | Heat wok or large skillet over high heat. Add vegetable oil, turkey, ginger root and salt, stirring constantly until turkey is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. |
2 | Add peas, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Continue cooking for 1 minute. Remove from heat. |
3 | Serve with cooked rice. |
