
Antipasto Wraps
Makes 4 ServingsIngredients
* | 8 slices Sargento Deli Style Sliced Provolone Cheese or Sargento Deli Style Sliced Mozzarella Cheese |
* | 4 10-inch sun-dried tomato flavored tortillas or flour tortillas |
* | 8 ounces thinly-sliced deli salami or smoked ham |
* | 7-ounce jar roasted red peppers, drained |
* | 2 cups romaine lettuce leaves, torn |
* | 1/4 cup Italian, Caesar or garlic salad dressing |
Instructions
1 | Place 2 slices of cheese over each tortilla. Top with salami, peppers and lettuce. |
2 | Spoon dressing over lettuce. Roll up. |
Notes
Make ahead tip: Wrap may be wrapped in plastic wrap and refrigerated up to 2 hours before serving.
