Red Chili Pepper Oil
Makes 2 Cups
*2 cups extra virgin olive oil
*4 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
1Combine oil and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low temperature until hot, about 5 minutes.
2Remove from heat and transfer to a measuring cup. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature for 2 hours to allow flavors to infuse.
3Transfer to decorative bottle with pouring spout.
Makes A Great Gift:
 Pair chili oil with a fresh baguette and small oil dipping dishes. Place in a holiday gift bag.
