* | 1 tbls. Butter |
* | 3 scallions, trimmed and sliced, (white and light green parts only) |
1 | Heat corn in small saucepan |
2 | Separately, melt butter over low-med heat and add scallions. Cook until tender. |
3 | Add scallion butter to corn and serve. |
