Creamed Corn with Scallion Butter
Makes 6 servings
*1 8 oz. can creamed corn
*1 tbls. Butter
*3 scallions, trimmed and sliced, (white and light green parts only)
1Heat corn in small saucepan
2Separately, melt butter over low-med heat and add scallions. Cook until tender.
3Add scallion butter to corn and serve.
