Quick & Hearty Turkey Chili
Makes 6 Servings
*1 pound Shady Brook Farms or Honeysuckle White lean ground white turkey
*2 cans (14 1/2 ounce each) chopped stewed tomatoes, undrained
*15-ounce can spicy chili beans, undrained
*3 teaspoons chili powder
1Coat a 12-inch skillet with cooking spray.
2Over medium-high heat, cook turkey, breaking up with wooden spoon until no longer pink. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
3Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
