
Quick & Hearty Turkey Chili
Makes 6 ServingsIngredients
* | 1 pound Shady Brook Farms or Honeysuckle White lean ground white turkey |
* | 2 cans (14 1/2 ounce each) chopped stewed tomatoes, undrained |
* | 15-ounce can spicy chili beans, undrained |
* | 3 teaspoons chili powder |
Instructions
1 | Coat a 12-inch skillet with cooking spray. |
2 | Over medium-high heat, cook turkey, breaking up with wooden spoon until no longer pink. Stir in all remaining ingredients. |
3 | Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
