1st and Goal Chicken Wings
Makes 6 servings
*1 cup white wine Worcestershire sauce
*1/4 cup soy sauce (or lite soy sauce)
*1/4 cup orange juice
*1/4 cup honey
*2 lbs. chicken wings
*1 bunch scallions, divided
1In a large bowl, mix together white wine Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, orange juice and honey.
2Dip chicken wings in mixture, coating completely with the marinade. Refrigerate 4-6 hours, mixing occasionally.
3Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
4Drain and reserve marinade. Place chicken wings in 13"x9" baking dish and bake 45 minutes, basting often with marinade.
5Shred 3 scallions and clean remaining scallions for garnish.
6Transfer wings to serving dish and sprinkle with shredded scallions. Serve whole scallions along side.
