
1st and Goal Chicken Wings

* | 1 cup white wine Worcestershire sauce |
* | 1/4 cup soy sauce (or lite soy sauce) |
* | 1/4 cup orange juice |
* | 1/4 cup honey |
* | 2 lbs. chicken wings |
* | 1 bunch scallions, divided |
Instructions
1 | In a large bowl, mix together white wine Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, orange juice and honey. |
2 | Dip chicken wings in mixture, coating completely with the marinade. Refrigerate 4-6 hours, mixing occasionally. |
3 | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
4 | Drain and reserve marinade. Place chicken wings in 13"x9" baking dish and bake 45 minutes, basting often with marinade. |
5 | Shred 3 scallions and clean remaining scallions for garnish. |
6 | Transfer wings to serving dish and sprinkle with shredded scallions. Serve whole scallions along side. |
