* | 2 15-ounce cans Snow's condensed clam chowder |
* | 6 1/2-ounce can chopped clams, drained and rinsed |
* | 2 cups half & half |
* | 1 cup milk |
* | Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste |
* | 4 tablespoons chopped fresh dill |
* | 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter |
1 | Combine the 2 cans of condensed clam chowder, chopped clams, half & half and milk in a large saucepan. Stir to combine. |
2 | Season with salt and black pepper. Add dill and butter. |
3 | Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, for 1 hour. |
