Bloody Mary's
Makes 6 Servings
*1 1/2 cups chilled vodka
*6 cups tomato juice
*1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
*1 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce
*2 tablespoons prepared horseradish or to taste
*Juice of 2 lemons
*Freshly ground black pepper to taste
*6 celery ribs, including celery leaves
*Lemon wedges for garnish
1Combine vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, horseradish, lemon juice and pepper in a large serving pitcher. Stir gently with a wooden spoon.
2To serve, pour into tall, ice-filled glasses. Garnish each glass with a celery rib and wedge of lemon.
  • Adjust the Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, horseradish or black pepper to taste for milder or spicier Bloody Mary's.
