Caribbean Lemonade
Makes 6 Servings
*1 1/2 cups coconut-flavored Caribbean rum
*4 1/2 cups lemonade (See Notes)
*1 tablespoon grenadine
*1 lemon, cut in wedges
1Pour rum, lemonade and grenadine into a decorative pitcher. Stir gently with a wooden spoon. Chill.
2To serve, pour into tall, ice-filled glasses. Garnish rim of the glass with a wedge of lemon, if desired.
  • Use fresh lemonade, frozen lemonade prepared according to package directions or your favorite bottled lemonade for this recipe.
  • Alternately, place all ingredients in a blender, add ice and process until mixture is slushy. Serve immediately.
