Caribbean LemonadeMakes 6 Servings
|*||1 1/2 cups coconut-flavored Caribbean rum|
|*||4 1/2 cups lemonade (See Notes)|
|*||1 tablespoon grenadine|
|*||1 lemon, cut in wedges|
|1||Pour rum, lemonade and grenadine into a decorative pitcher. Stir gently with a wooden spoon. Chill.|
|2||To serve, pour into tall, ice-filled glasses. Garnish rim of the glass with a wedge of lemon, if desired.|
NotesUse fresh lemonade, frozen lemonade prepared according to package directions or your favorite bottled lemonade for this recipe.Alternately, place all ingredients in a blender, add ice and process until mixture is slushy. Serve immediately.
