Tomato, Basil & Mozzarella Salad
Makes 6 servings
*6 beefsteak tomatoes, sliced
*1 bunch fresh basil, thoroughly washed and patted dry
*1 lb. fresh mozzarella, patted dry and sliced
*1 tbls. olive oil
*1 tbls. balsamic vinegar
*salt and pepper, to taste
1Arrange tomato slices in a circular pattern around a serving platter.
2Insert fresh basil leaves between slices.
3Insert mozzarella slices aside the tomato and basil.
4Drizzle arrangement with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
5Season with salt and pepper.
