Tomato, Basil & Mozzarella Salad
Makes 6 servingsIngredients
* | 6 beefsteak tomatoes, sliced |
* | 1 bunch fresh basil, thoroughly washed and patted dry |
* | 1 lb. fresh mozzarella, patted dry and sliced |
* | 1 tbls. olive oil |
* | 1 tbls. balsamic vinegar |
* | salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
1 | Arrange tomato slices in a circular pattern around a serving platter. |
2 | Insert fresh basil leaves between slices. |
3 | Insert mozzarella slices aside the tomato and basil. |
4 | Drizzle arrangement with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. |
5 | Season with salt and pepper. |
