* | 2 lbs. ground beef |
* | 1 medium onion, chopped |
* | 2 tsp. salt |
* | 1/2 tsp. pepper |
* | 1/2 bottle ketchup (8-10oz) |
* | 2 tbls. Dijon mustard |
* | 2 tbls. Worcestershire sauce |
* | 1/2 tbls. vinegar |
* | 1 tbls. sugar |
* | 1/2 cup water |
* | 8 hamburger rolls (or try onion or poppyseed rolls) |
1 | Combine ground beef, onion, salt & pepper and brown in skillet, breaking up ground beef. Drain. |
2 | Add remaining ingredients (except rolls) |
3 | Cover and cook over low-medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
4 | Serve on hamburger rolls (toasted, if desired) |
5 | NOTE: Goes well with potato chips and a raw vegetable platter. |
