* | 4 slices bread, pulled into cubes |
* | 1 cup milk |
* | 4 tbls. butter |
* | 2 - 3 cups mashed potatoes (leftovers are great!) |
* | 1 small onion, diced |
* | salt and pepper, to taste |
1 | Soak bread cubes in milk. |
2 | Melt butter in non-stick frypan. |
3 | Mix mashed potatoes, bread cubes and onion together to form thick mixture and add to frypan. Season with salt and pepper. |
4 | Cook in butter, turning frequently, until brown and crusty. Add additional butter, if necessary. |
