Canyon Ranch Tropical Shake
Makes 1 Serving
Ingredients
*1/2 cup diced fresh or frozen pineapple
*1/4 cup diced fresh or frozen mango
*1/4 cup apple juice
*2 tablespoons low-fat coconut milk
*2 tablespoons orange juice
Instructions
1Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Notes
  • You may substitute fresh or frozen papaya for mango.
