Dijon Mustard Dressing
Makes 1 Cup
*1/3 cup white wine vinegar
*1 1/2 teaspoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
*1/2 teaspoon garlic juice or 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
*1/2 teaspoon sugar
*Salt and pepper to taste
*2/3 cup salad oil
1Whisk the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Gradually whisk oil into mixture until thickened and thoroughly blended.
2Store covered in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
