Herbes de Provence Blend
Makes 1 Cup
*1/4 cup dried thyme leaves
*1/4 cup dried sweet marjoram leaves
*1/4 cup dried savory leaves
*2 tablespoons dried rosemary leaves
*1 teaspoon dried lavender buds
*1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1Using the tips of your fingers, lightly crumble the thyme, marjoram, savory and rosemary leaves into a small bowl. Add lavendar buds and fennel seeds and mix to combine.
2Place in an airtight glass jar and cover tightly. Affix a label. Store in a cool, dark place for use up to 6 months.
