Poblano Pepper Puree
Makes About 3/4 Cup
Ingredients
*3 poblano rajas, roasted and peeled
*1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
*10 leaves cilantro, blanched and shocked
*20 leaves basil, blanched and shocked
Instructions
1Combine ingredients and process to puree. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
