* | 5 cloves garlic, chopped |
* | 1 cup ancho paste |
* | 1 cup guajilo paste |
* | 1 cup chipotle paste |
* | 1/4 cup ketchup |
* | 1/4 cup fresh lime juice |
* | 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar |
* | 1/4 cup Worcestershire(R) sauce |
1 | Sweat onions and garlic for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. |
2 | Slow cook at a simmer for 30 minutes. Let cool. |
