* | 36 oz. dark beer |
* | 6 bratwursts, any flavor |
* | 32 oz. jar or package of sauerkraut |
* | 6 brat rolls or hoagie rolls |
* | Dijon or spicy mustard |
1 | Heat beer in a stockpot over medium heat. Add bratwursts and sauerkraut to beer and simmer until cooked, about 15 minutes. |
2 | Remove bratwursts and place each in a fresh roll. Using a slotted spoon, heap sauerkraut on top. Serve with mustard. |
