Beer Brats & Sauerkraut
Makes 6 Servings
*36 oz. dark beer
*6 bratwursts, any flavor
*32 oz. jar or package of sauerkraut
*6 brat rolls or hoagie rolls
*Dijon or spicy mustard
1Heat beer in a stockpot over medium heat. Add bratwursts and sauerkraut to beer and simmer until cooked, about 15 minutes.
2Remove bratwursts and place each in a fresh roll. Using a slotted spoon, heap sauerkraut on top. Serve with mustard.
