* | 2 pints beer |
* | 2 quarts water |
* | 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined |
* | Spicy cocktail sauce or spicy mustard |
1 | Combine beer and water in a large pot and bring to a boil. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and bright pink. Drain and transfer to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until cool. |
2 | When chilled, serve with spicy cocktail sauce or spicy mustard. |
