Beer-Boiled Shrimp
Makes 6 Servings
*2 pints beer
*2 quarts water
*2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
*Spicy cocktail sauce or spicy mustard
1Combine beer and water in a large pot and bring to a boil. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and bright pink. Drain and transfer to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until cool.
2When chilled, serve with spicy cocktail sauce or spicy mustard.
