Chicken Gravy
Makes 6 servings
*1 0.87 oz. chicken gravy packet
*1 cup chicken stock
*juices from roast chicken (See Roast Chicken)
1Whisk contents of gravy packet and chicken stock together and heat.
2Drain juices from roast chicken into measuring cup. Let stand until grease rises to the top. Remove grease and add remaining stock to gravy mixture.
3Whisk over high heat until thickened.
