* | 1 0.87 oz. chicken gravy packet |
* | 1 cup chicken stock |
* | juices from roast chicken (See Roast Chicken) |
1 | Whisk contents of gravy packet and chicken stock together and heat. |
2 | Drain juices from roast chicken into measuring cup. Let stand until grease rises to the top. Remove grease and add remaining stock to gravy mixture. |
3 | Whisk over high heat until thickened. |
