* | 3 tbls. sugar |
* | 1/3 cup orange-flavored liqueur, such as Cointreau |
* | 1/4 cup orange juice |
* | 2 oranges, sliced |
* | 2 ripe peaches, cut in wedges |
* | 1 lemon, sliced |
* | 1 lime, cut in wedges |
* | 2 bottles red wine, such as Rioja |
* | 1 bottle club soda |
1 | Combine sugar, orange liqueur and orange juice in a large glass pitcher. Add fresh cut-up fruit and top with red wine. Cover and refrigerate several hours to let the fruit flavors infuse the wine. |
2 | To serve, pour into glasses over ice and top with a splash of club soda. |
