Pizza with Grilled Vegetables and Roasted GarlicMakes 6 Individual Pizzas
|*||1 recipe Whole-Wheat Pizza Crust|
|*||6 tbls. roasted garlic|
|*||1 large red onion, sliced and grilled|
|*||1 large yellow squash, sliced and grilled|
|*||1 large red bell pepper, sliced and grilled|
|*||12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese|
|1||Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Lightly coat a baking sheet with olive oil.|
|2||Place pizza crusts on baking sheet and spread 1 tablespoon roasted garlic on each crust. Layer with 1 ounce each of grilled red onion, yellow squash and red bell pepper, and 2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese.|
|3||Place in oven and bake until crust is golden and cheese melts, about 10 minutes.|
