Health Nut Waffles
Makes 7-8 Waffles
*2 cups water
*3 eggs, beaten
*3 cups Stonewall Kitchen Pancake & Waffle Mix
*6 tbls. butter, melted
*1/3 cup of rolled oats
*1/4 cup dried prunes
*1/4 cup slivered almonds
*1/8 cup dried apricots, chopped
*1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
1Mix water with beaten eggs, add Pancake & Waffle Mix and mix well.
2Stir in melted butter and then add remaining ingredients.
3Ladle onto a hot waffle iron and remove when golden brown.
4Serve with Stonewall Kitchen syrups or top with your favorite jam.
