Jasmine Shrimp Special
Makes 4 Servings
Ingredients
*3 cups cooked jasmine rice
*1 lb. cooked broccoli florets
*2 lbs. par-cooked shrimp, approximately 48 medium shrimp (See Notes)
*4 oz. vinaigrette dressing
*2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
1Place cooked rice in the center of a baking dish.
2Arrange broccoli florets around the rice.
3Place shrimp on top of the rice.
4Add dressing and cheese.
5Cover with foil and bake for about 12-15 minutes at 400 F degrees.
Notes
  • Cook shrimp until 1/2 done; cooking will complete in the oven.
