* | 3 cups cooked jasmine rice |
* | 1 lb. cooked broccoli florets |
* | 2 lbs. par-cooked shrimp, approximately 48 medium shrimp (See Notes) |
* | 4 oz. vinaigrette dressing |
* | 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese |
1 | Place cooked rice in the center of a baking dish. |
2 | Arrange broccoli florets around the rice. |
3 | Place shrimp on top of the rice. |
4 | Add dressing and cheese. |
5 | Cover with foil and bake for about 12-15 minutes at 400 F degrees. |
