Legal Sea Foods' Crab Dip
Makes 2-4 Servings
*4 oz. cream cheese
*1 tbls. heavy cream
*1 tbls. grated onions
*1 tbls. prepared horseradish
*1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
*2 oz. shredded white cheddar cheese
*1 tbls. sliced chives
*1/2 lb. crabmeat (do not drain crabmeat in this recipe)
1In a bowl, blend cream cheese and cream until smooth.
2Mix in onion, horseradish, Old Bay seasoning, cheddar cheese and chives.
3Gently fold in crabmeat with juices.
4Place dip into a small baking dish.
5Heat approximately 8 minutes at 350 F degrees in oven.
