Canyon Ranch Caramelized OnionsMakes 8 Servings
|*||2 large yellow or red onions, thinly sliced|
|*||2 tbls. olive oil|
|*||1/4 tsp. salt (optional)|
|*||Pinch pepper (optional)|
|1||In a large saute pan, cook onions in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. When onions begin to brown, reduce heat to low and cook 5 more minutes or until sugars are released. Season with salt and pepper.|
