Canyon Ranch Caramelized Onions
Makes 8 ServingsIngredients
* | 2 large yellow or red onions, thinly sliced |
* | 2 tbls. olive oil |
* | 1/4 tsp. salt (optional) |
* | Pinch pepper (optional) |
Instructions
1 | In a large saute pan, cook onions in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. When onions begin to brown, reduce heat to low and cook 5 more minutes or until sugars are released. Season with salt and pepper. |

- Great over salads, with meats and on sandwiches.
