Salmon Patties
Makes 4 servings
*2 7 1/2 oz. cans red salmon, drained
*2 cups herb-flavored breadcrumbs
*1 medium onion, chopped
*1 tbls. melted butter
*1/2 tsp. salt
*1/2 cup milk
*1 egg, slightly beaten
*2 tbls. butter
1Carefully flake the salmon into a bowl, discarding any tiny bones or cartilage.
2Add bread crumbs, onion, melted butter, salt, milk, egg and mix together.
3Form into patties by hand.
4Melt butter in skillet and brown patties on both sides until cooked through.
