* | 4 cups well-chilled milk |
* | 4 oz. high-quality bittersweet chocolate (not unsweetened) such as Lindt, chopped |
* | 1/2 cup sugar |
* | Pinch of salt |
* | Mini-marshmallows |
* | Ground cinnamon for dusting |
* | Candy canes for garnish |
1 | Bring milk to a simmer in a heavy bottomed saucepan. Reduce heat to low. Add chocolate, sugar and salt and whisk until smooth. | ||||
2 | Pour cocoa into mugs. Top with marshmallows and dust with cinnamon. Garnish each mug with a candy cane. | ||||
