Tuna Luna Casserole
Makes 6 servings
*12-oz. package wide egg noodles
*1 tsp. garlic salt
*10 3/4-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
*1 1/2 cups milk
*6-oz. can tuna (chunk white, packed in water), well drained
*Salt and pepper, to taste
*1/3 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1Cook noodles in water seasoned with garlic salt, according to package directions. Drain.
2In 2 1/2 quart casserole dish, combine cooked noodles, soup, milk and tuna, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with bread crumbs to cover top.
3Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until hot.
