English Stilton Dessert Plate with Tawny Port
Makes 6 Servings
Ingredients
*8 oz. wedge English Stilton cheese
*20-Year Tawny Port, such as Taylor Fladgate or Cockburn
Instructions
1Remove cheese from refrigerator 1/2 hour before serving. Place on serving tray. Supply cheese knife.
2Pour 2-3 ounces of Port into each port or liqueur glass.
 
 
Makes A Great Gift:
 Arrange cheese and a bottle of good-quality Port in a gift box or basket. Add water crackers and a Stilton cheese knife for a sophisticated gift presentation.
