1 | Fill kettle with 4 quarts water seasoned with garlic salt. Add macaroni and cook according to package directions. Drain. |
2 | Spray 2 1/2 qt. baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place half of the cooked macaroni in baking dish, scatter half of the cheddar cheese across the top and cover with 1 1/2 cups milk. Sprinkle with 2 tbls flour. |
3 | Repeat another layer, sprinkle with 1 tbls. flour. Salt and pepper to taste. |
4 | Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 40 minutes until bubbly and top has a golden brown crust. |
