1 | Bring 4 quarts water seasoned with garlic salt to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain. |
2 | Grease a 9"x13" baking dish with butter. Place half of the cooked pasta in baking dish, scatter half of the cheddar cheese and half of the hot dog slices across the top. Cover with 1 1/2 cups milk. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of flour. |
3 | Repeat with another layer of pasta, cheese, hot dogs and milk. Sprinkle top with remaining tablespoon of flour. Season with salt and pepper. |
4 | Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 45 minutes until bubbly and top has a golden brown crust. |
