
Chicken Nuggets with Honey-Mustard Dipping Sauce
Makes 6 ServingsIngredients
* | 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces |
* | Salt, pepper and garlic salt, to taste |
* | 2 eggs |
* | Flour |
* | 1 tbls. olive oil |
* | 2 tbls. margarine |
* | 1/2 cup honey |
* | 1 tsp. Dijon mustard |
* | 1 tsp. soy sauce |
Instructions
1 | Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic salt. |
2 | Beat eggs in a shallow bowl. Add chicken and mix to coat. Add enough flour to make a thick batter that coats the chicken. |
3 | Heat olive oil and margarine in a large skillet. Add chicken and saute, turning frequently, until cooked through and browned, about 15 minutes. Remove from skillet and reseason if necessary. |
4 | Separately, whisk together the honey, mustard and soy sauce until combined. Serve sauce with chicken nuggets for dipping. |
