
Chilled Shrimp with Wasabi Cocktail Sauce
Makes 1 Cup SauceIngredients
* | 1 cup chili sauce |
* | 2 tbls. freshly squeezed lemon juice |
* | 2 tbls. wasabi paste or prepared horseradish (or to taste) |
* | 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire(R) sauce |
* | 32-36 jumbo shrimp, cleaned, cooked and chilled |
* | Lemon wedges |
Instructions
1 | For cocktail sauce, combine chili sauce, lemon juice, wasabi and Worcestershire sauce together in a medium bowl. Whisk together. Refrigerate until ready to use. |
2 | Arrange shrimp over crushed ice. Serve with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges. |
