Chilled Shrimp with Wasabi Cocktail Sauce
Makes 1 Cup Sauce
*1 cup chili sauce
*2 tbls. freshly squeezed lemon juice
*2 tbls. wasabi paste or prepared horseradish (or to taste)
*1/4 tsp. Worcestershire(R) sauce
*32-36 jumbo shrimp, cleaned, cooked and chilled
*Lemon wedges
1For cocktail sauce, combine chili sauce, lemon juice, wasabi and Worcestershire sauce together in a medium bowl. Whisk together. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2Arrange shrimp over crushed ice. Serve with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.
