Salmon & Caviar Rollups
Makes 2 servings
*4 oz. cream cheese
*2 tbls. sour cream
*1 tsp. fresh chives, snipped
*1 oz. caviar, such as Beluga, Osetra or Sevruga
*4 oz. smoked salmon, thinly sliced
*Lemon, cut into wedges
1Blend cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth. Stir in chives. Fold in caviar.
2Spread mixture onto salmon slices. Roll up and cut into 1" wide pieces. Chill until ready to serve.
3Arrange chive sprigs decoratively on a platter and top with rollups. Serve with lemon wedges.
