* | 8 tbls. (1 stick) butter, softened |
* | 2 cups brown sugar |
* | 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon |
* | 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract |
* | Dark rum to taste |
* | Boiling water |
1 | Cream together butter, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. |
2 | For each individual serving, spoon a heaping tablespoon of the butter batter into a mug. Add about 1½ ounces of rum. Fill to the top with hot water and stir to combine. |
