Hot Buttered Rum
Makes 12+ servings
*8 tbls. (1 stick) butter, softened
*2 cups brown sugar
*1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
*1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
*Dark rum to taste
*Boiling water
1Cream together butter, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
2For each individual serving, spoon a heaping tablespoon of the butter batter into a mug. Add about 1½ ounces of rum. Fill to the top with hot water and stir to combine.
