*1 wedge Vintage Choice Extra Sharp Cheddar
*2 oz. piece Caprico-Fromage de Chevre
*2 oz. piece Les Pyramid-Fromage de Chevre
*2 oz. piece Vermont Chevrier
*1 wedge "Jersey" Blue Cheese
*1 wedge Vermont Camembert
*1 wedge Green Mountain Gruyere
*1 Vermont Maple Board (rubbed with mineral oil)
