Stuffing-Topped Pork Chops
Makes 6 servings
*6 boneless pork loin chops (3/4" thick)
*salt, pepper to taste
*1/2 cup water
*1 6 oz. package apple raisin stuffing mix (or other stuffing mix)
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Trim fat from edges of chops and sprinkle with salt & pepper on both sides.
3Brown chops in non-stick skillet for about 10 minutes and remove to glass baking dish. Add water and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake 1/2 hour.
4Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
5Spoon stuffing on top of pork chops.
6Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes until done.
